Appointments / Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Payment
The Hand & Thumb Specialty Center accepts most major credit cards, cash and personal checks.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Our practice accepts most major insurance plans and most of the smaller insurance plans. If we do not participate with your insurance and your plan allows out of network benefits, our office staff will assist you with the necessary paperwork so you can receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
We don’t accept Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (ACA) commonly know as Obama care, and Community First.
